January 22nd will be the start of Harrah’s “The Book” testing period. We recently visited Parx Casino Sportsbook during their testing phase. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board requires a 48-hour testing period for all new PA Sportsbooks. It is the 6th legal sportsbook in the state of Pennsylvania. “The Book,” Harrah’s on-site retail sportsbook will become the 4th sportsbook in the Philadelphia area.
